Cancellation Policy

Prenatal massage is only available for clients in their third trimester with a low-risk pregnancy only. A doctor's note may be required prior to booking. Sessions are performed in the side-lying position. This service is for relaxation and comfort only and is not intended as medical treatment. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. All requests are viewed prior to approval, and you will be contacted as soon as possible or by the next business day to finalize details. A $50 deposit is required if approved; your appointment will not be added to the schedule until the deposit is paid. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment without forfeiting your deposit. A travel fee may apply based on distance from the therapist's previous location. The first 30 minutes of travel are free; each additional minute is $1.25. Full policies are available in the Policy tab of the site menu.
